ROOM RULES AND REGULATIONS:
In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your
co-operation in observing the following hotel policy.
- A photo identification of all guests is required before check- in. All guests
must sign the registration and must agree to the hotel policies. Early check
will attract a charge. - Check out time is 12 noon please inform the reception if you wish to retain
your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the
availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. Late
checkout attracts 50% of the actual room tariff between 12:00 to 18:00
hours. - Food and drinks items from outside the hotel are not permitted into the hotel.
- Room booking cancellation must be done 24hours before check-in (2pm). No refunds will be
made after 24hours. - All refunds will attract 15% deduction.
- Smoking is not allowed in the room. Guests can only smoke at the car park or at the open bar.
Guests who found smoking in a non-smoking area will pay a fine of #20,000 and will be asked to
check out without a refund. - Smoking of Indian hemp and any other hard drugs is not allowed anywhere in the premises.
Guests found smoking Indian hemp will be fined #100,000 and will be asked to checkout or be
handed over to the authorities. - All the visitors visiting the guest must sign the visitor’s logbook. Only two people are allowed to
stay in the room.
